New Website

We are pleased to announce that our new website is live and has a completely new look and feel, we encourage you all to have a look at the new features and pages.

There is a lot more information regarding the team as well as the wide range of services that we provide.  The website is now mobile-friendly so can be comfortably read on PCs as well as phones, Ipads and all other means of accessing the internet.

Of particular interest to clients are several new features:






1.    Tax rates and allowances resource, this gives you a wealth of information at your own fingertips. So if you want to check the VAT threshold, the rates of National Insurance and or your capital gains tax exemption or one of a whole range of other tax rates, then you can find the information at  Of course that doesn’t mean we don’t want to speak to you whenever you have a question, it just means there is a source of information available to you when we aren’t!

2.       Client document portal- for those clients who struggled last year when we used a product called Openspace to securely forward documents to you for approval, we have gone back to the drawing board and have built into our website a secure password protected area which will enable you to access the accounts, tax returns and other personal documentation that we need you to review and approve.

This is a two-way communication portal, which means that it will be easy for you to upload your documents, spreadsheets, receipts etc whenever you need to.  Of course we are still happy to receive your paperwork as an email attachment, this new process will provide greater protect for you against hacking, phishing and other cyber security risks.

Login will involve using your email address and a password and as it is built into our website you will hopefully find it easy to remember where to go to find the documents. Over the course of the next few months we will be getting in touch advising you that your login has been set up, however if you have multiple email accounts, and wish us to use one particular email address or you are ready to send us information now, please do get in touch with Pat and she will get you set up!

3.    Testimonials - we really appreciate it when you provide feedback on our services and especially when the responses are positive, our special thanks go to those clients who completed our survey over the summer.
